    After long testing with a lot of beers i can share now full step by step how to make it.


    I did testing on following environment details
    Oracle VM Server/Manager 3.3.1 as host and Oracle Linux 7.0 as guest (VM) for Exadata Storage Server ( Cell ) with version 12.1.2.1.1.150316.2

    Oracle Linux Linux 7.0

    [celladmin@cell01 ~]$ cat /etc/redhat-release
    Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.0 (Maipo)
    [celladmin@cell01 ~]$

    Download Oracle Linux 7.0


    unzip iso:

    ​unzip V46135-01.zip

    Create new Virtual Machine on Oracle VM -
    Install Oracle Linux 7.0

    Select Install Oracle Linux 7.0

    -Configure network and hostname - enable network and change from DHCP to static if this is necessary ( you can change that configuration after installation )

    Select second interface and click on configure -> go to tab IPv4 Settings -> set IP address for interconnect -> netmask -> click save.

    as you can see we add IP from range 192.168.50.XX - this will be our interconnect interface

    Now you have to configure disk, LVM etc. - > clock on installation destination

    Select swap partition and clock on ( - ) to remove it ( we should add swap partition with 4GB )

    Now you have to add new partition for swap of 4GB - clock on ( + )

    Select mount point -> swap and add capacity of 4GB - clock on add mount point.

    Select Mount point ( / ) and keep empty capacity size -> clock add mount point - this will allocate entire space.

    If you line you can change file system from default XFS to other.. ( recommendation is to keep xfs )

    Exadata cell - Clone cell (from cell01 to cell02) Virtual Machine, change Hostname, IP make user (root, celladmin) equivalence between cell01, cell02 (Key-Based Authentication)
    Exadata cell - cell02 - Drop all old disks and create new
    Exadata exadb - Configure DB nodes to discover griddisks
    Exadata exadb - Create new ASM group from discovered griddisks
